Formerly with Canada’s SeaChoice, he was instrumental in developing progressive and pragmatic sustainable seafood policies and communication strategies for some of Canada’s leading retailers and seafood distributors. He’s equipped with a detailed understanding of supply and value chains and maintains a strong network of NGO advocacy and engagement. A 15-year culinary career allows Neil the opportunity to fully understand and appreciate what professional chefs and home cooks are looking for when it comes to quality products and programs.
