Emily Kunen is the Global Leader for Responsible Sourcing of palm oil and seafood at Nestlé. She is responsible for mapping these supply chains globally and, ensuring that practices are in line with Nestlé’s Responsible Sourcing Standard, including addressing environmental and social issues such as deforestation and forced labor. Emily originates from the US, and currently resides in Kuala Lumpur.
Previously, Emily worked on international sustainability issues in the non-profit and government sectors. Emily holds an MPhil in engineering for sustainable development from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Brown University.
